Nottingham City Transport and Nottinghamshire County Council Partner to Improve Buses to Tollerton, Cotgrave and Cropwell Bishop

11 months ago Tue 5th Aug 2025

Green 11 in Cropwell Bishop.

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council to bring our Green 11 route to Spire Hospital, Tollerton, Cotgrave, Hollygate Park and Cropwell Bishop.

The new service, replacing the current 33 as far as Cropwell Bishop, will begin on Monday 15th September 2025, providing a bus every hour on Monday to Saturday daytimes.

  • First bus arrives into Nottingham just before 7am
  • Last bus departs Nottingham just after 6pm

You can view the 11 timetable for the extended part of the route here.

If you use the 11 only within Nottingham, buses will still run at the same frequencies they do now (up to every 20 minutes), but with more buses for Ambleside and Water Sports Centre – the full timetable for this part of the route will be available soon.

Nottinghamshire County Council are making changes to their 747 and 833 services to cover other parts of the 33 route not served by our 11. Find out more here.

What’s the route?

The 11 will run between Cropwell Bishop, Hollygate Park, Cotgrave, Tollerton, Gamston, Lady Bay, The Meadows and Nottingham City Centre.
